We are the Impact Arts Society. We design healthy, holistic systems, solutions, and products that draw in and create change across diverse fields of living and working: the arts, generative AI, nature-based practices, tech enabled healthy living, wellness, conservation, media, finance, and community engagement. All can be medicine when brought together in a good way to make the world a better place. We dynamically co-create, evolving, ever-expanding, with an awareness of our responsibilities with and for others in contemporary societies balanced with an understanding of how transformative our lives can be when we celebrate our own uniqueness within the universe itself.
Simply put: We explore new ways and honour ancestral ways of being and knowing to improve the lives of all our relations through social enterprise, good health, lives well lived, and shared good medicine.
We do this through a constellation model of working together that offers endless opportunities for organizing collaborative efforts across the social mission sector. You will find non-profits, for-profits, individuals, collectives, co-ops, solopreneurs, financiers, artists, knowledge holders, elders, youth, and grassroots organizations coming together here.
The constellation works as each partner is self-organizing and creates hope through concrete action within this network led by and for self identifying women and non-binary changemakers. We welcome IN allied whole leaders across the dimensions of diversity committed to joyfully nurturing themselves and others. We celebrate the work of each member as we all face the common issue of ensuring we become good ancestors. We accomplish this through fiercely mutualistic practices and behaviors.
Simply put: To be a good ancestor means making the world a better place for future generations. We do that through our constellation model.
We evolve dynamically inside our constellation as self-organizing "luminaries", co-op members and partners or grassroots action teams and individual changemakers, that operate within a broader strategic vision of truth and reconciliation through partnership and reciprocal accountability.
We measure what and how we influence the world around us and we strive to answer the calls to action we hear from our descendants.
Our constellation is outwardly focused, placing our attention on creating value for those in the external environment rather than solely on the individual or the partnership itself. While serious effort is invested into core partnership governance and management, most of our energy is devoted to decision making, developing and implementing products, solutions, "goods and services", and community benefit resources required to create and sustainably maintain equitable social value.
Through our regular practice of coming into circle with each other, here and inside of our home communities, we build heart centered, trust-based, leadership as medicine to share with our many relations, our innovative value-creation activities, our shared Mother Earth, and with each other as well. We practice daily gratitude and reaffirm commitment through ceremony. Through action and intention we live into our values through regenerative practices that promote living well.
